Two distinct data boundaries
Prepper Hollow readiness records are stored on the device. The public website cannot inspect your readiness score, supplies, locations, Hollow Board posts, shared lists, room identity or passkeys.
Public website
The initial static site does not use behavioural advertising, user accounts or a marketing tracker. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, requested path, timestamp and user agent for delivery and security.
Feedback
The feedback form works locally in your browser. It prepares an email addressed to [email protected] and opens your email application. The website does not receive or store the form values. If you choose to send, the message, selected feedback type and optional reply email are processed by the email providers involved and routed to the Prepper Hollow owner inbox.
Retention and deletion
The website does not keep a feedback database. Sent feedback remains subject to the sender's and recipient's email retention settings. To request deletion from the recipient inbox, email [email protected] with enough non-sensitive detail to identify the message.
What not to send
Do not submit room passkeys, private messages, readiness inventory, precise storage locations, medical details or emergency information through the website.
Changes
Material privacy changes receive a new date and must reflect the deployed service rather than a planned capability.
